An excellent track record in the crypto world

I’m the Product Design Lead at Flipster. I graduated from Carnegie Mellon University and have worked at several leading tech companies like Samsung, Apple, and Intuit.

I joined Flipster because of the people and their excellent track record in the crypto world. The co-founders have an insightful understanding of crypto trading, and their ambition to translate that into a groundbreaking exchange platform is exciting.

Flipster has a strong focus on user experience, so design plays a crucial role in many of our business decisions. The leadership entrusts the design team with significant ownership and has a high level of respect towards design. 

I think a good team is like a sports team. We value determination and teamwork, not just raw intelligence. We’re dedicated, willing to get things done, and perform as a cohesive unit. Collaboration across the team is streamlined and efficient, often involving constant interaction and iterative feedback to get the best outcome.

If I were to highlight one aspect of Flipster that stands out for me, it would be our appetite for innovation. We are fearless to take high-risk, high-return opportunities. This bold approach sets us apart and keeps us on the cutting edge of the industry. That’s an exciting place to be.
