Our team is responsible for ensuring product reliability, stability and user satisfaction, and is constantly prepared to proactively respond to changing environments. We work together to ensure the quality of various products and make sure they’re ready to release. Given the rapid deployment cycle and the volume of finance-related products we work with, QA is crucial in our company.
We work closely with lots of other teams, starting with the Product team to understand and analyse requirements. We work in short sprint cycles aligned with client and backend development schedules, collaborating with the Development team to address and resolve any issues. Then after the product has launched, we work with Operations to monitor customer feedback, identify issues, conduct additional tests, and reproduce tests to continuously improve product quality.
Our team continuously evolves at Flipster, sharing insights to grasp our complex product logic and craft effective test strategies.
