As a Senior Content Manager
You will be responsible for driving user activation, trading engagement, and retention through content. This role owns content not as branding or media, but as a growth lever — connecting market narratives, product features, and user psychology to measurable trading behaviors. You will work closely with the Growth Marketing team, Product, Operations, and Strategy to turn content into action, while maintaining trading accuracy and risk discipline.
Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Direction: Define the content positioning, tone, and boundaries of the exchange; build a content framework covering market insights & trading education, product & feature explanations, campaign & growth-related content, and user-facing risk disclosures
- Content Planning & Editorial Ownership: Own the end-to-end editorial process—from content calendar planning and cross-team coordination (Growth, Social, Product, Risk & Compliance, BD) to ensuring narrative consistency and serving as final approver.
- Quality Control & Risk Awareness: Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and consistency; assess potential misinterpretation and risk; define content allowances and provide informed pushback when needed.
- Growth-Driven Content Strategy: Defining and executing a growth-driven content strategy that aligns content types with user lifecycle stages to achieve key objectives like first trade activation, increased trading frequency, and feature adoption (perps, copy trading, new pairs).
- Mapping content types to user lifecycle stages: New users → onboarding & education; Active users → market context & trading ideas; Advanced users → tools, mechanics, efficiency
- Content as a Funnel Tool: Design content flows that support campaigns, launches, promotions, and high-volatility moments; partner with Growth & Ops to define and optimize against metrics like CTR, activation, and conversion.
- Editorial Ownership & Review: Owning editorial planning across market insights, product/feature explainers, and campaign messaging, acting as the final reviewer for growth-critical content like landing pages, campaign narratives, and KOL scripts, all while balancing conversion effectiveness with trading risk awareness.
- Market Narrative & Timing: Identifying and amplifying key market narratives, strategically deciding on the timing and extent of communication, and optimizing content release around volatility spikes, new listings, and major macro or crypto events.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in crypto, trading, or growth-related content.
- Strong understanding of: User trading psychology; Conversion funnels and activation mechanics; Proven ability to connect content decisions to growth outcomes; Strong ability to judge content quality and usefulness beyond language or style.

- Proficient in utilizing social media analytics tools to monitor performance and refine content strategies.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred
- Strong plus point: Fluency in Mandarin
- Experience driving content for trading products, campaign-heavy growth environments
- Familiarity with KOL and affiliate content frameworks, and having a multi-market content experience
