As a Junior QA Engineer at Flipster
You will play a key role in ensuring a reliable and seamless trading experience for our users. This role focuses on maintaining high-quality standards across our global exchange platforms, including both web and mobile. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers (Android, iOS, and Web) to proactively shape service direction, influence quality-related decisions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products.
Location: This is a global remote position.
This position primarily targets junior-level candidates who are eager to grow with the team
Mid-level candidates with broader experience are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Ensure product quality with a strong sense of ownership throughout the QA process
- Design and execute strategies and plans for regression testing
- Continuously research and adopt best practices to improve testing processes and product quality
Qualifications
- Understanding of QA’s role and necessity in the software development lifecycle
- Attention to detail and consistency in executing tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in writing and executing simple test cases
- Interest in quality assurance for web and mobile products
- Proficiency in both Korean and English
Preferred
- Experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, or financial services
- Full-cycle QA experience
- Familiarity with QA or test management tools
