As an Event Specialist at Flipster, 
You will lead the planning and execution of events which will elevate our brand and connection with the global crypto community. From online activations to major industry summits, you will manage every detail, from logistics and vendor coordination to on-site execution and post-event reporting. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver experiences that are impactful, well-run, and aligned with our marketing goals. This is a great opportunity to own high-impact events and make your mark in one of the fastest-moving industries today.

Responsibilities

    • Maintain an up-to-date calendar of global industry events, summits, and marketing activations
    • Support the end-to-end planning, venue setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics, coordination, and execution of both online and offline events — from ideation to post-event wrap-up
    • Serve as the main point of contact during event setup, execution, teardown, and to troubleshoot issues in real-time and manage any unexpected challenges
    • Manage all logistical components, including vendor sourcing, swag production and delivery, guest communications, and on-site setup
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Design, Content, Social, Product, etc) and external partners (venues, AV, production houses,etc) to ensure seamless execution and alignment with campaign goals
    • Own and regularly update event timelines, task trackers, and working budgets to ensure on-time and on-brand delivery
    • Compile post-event reports with key metrics, feedback insights, and actionable learnings
    • Support event performance reviews and recommend areas for improvement. 
    • Manage platforms for virtual events (e.g., X Spaces, virtual event platforms)
    • Maintain an organized database of vendors, partners, and post-event materials for future reference

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 1–2 years of experience in event coordination or project management.
    • Familiarity with event planning software, tools (e.g., Excel, Notion, Google Suite), and digital collaboration platforms.

    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Strong understanding of crypto markets and how to apply them to marketing strategies.
    • Strong project management and organisational skills with attention to detail
    • Experience managing budgets and negotiating with vendors
    • Excellent stakeholder engagement and coaching skills
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Interest in staying updated on industry trends, conferences, and communities
    • Willingness to travel and work flexibly during peak event times
