As a User Operations Manager at Flipster
You will sit between Front-End Growth (Media Matrix & Acquisition), Mid-Office Growth (Campaign Ops & User Ops), and Product. This role focuses on end-to-end user journey optimization — from external traffic arrival, onboarding, activation, conversion, retention, to long-term user value. You will serve as the bridge between growth operations and product, ensuring that user insights, funnel data, and product experiences come together to drive measurable growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the User Funnel & Conversion Optimization: Build and manage the complete user journey from acquisition through retention, identifying bottlenecks and implementing data-driven solutions to optimize conversion rates at each funnel stage.
- User Journey & Product Flow Design: Partner with Product Managers to design seamless user flows and onboarding experiences, providing insights and requirements that reduce friction and accelerate user activation.
- Cross-Functional Growth Enablement: Serve as the strategic bridge between Marketing, Campaign Operations, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure alignment on growth KPIs, enable experimentation infrastructure, and coordinate campaign execution.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor core growth metrics daily and translate data insights into actionable recommendations, proactively identifying trends and proposing experiments to improve activation, conversion, and retention rates.
- Continuous Improvement & Experimentation: Design and execute A/B tests across user flows, messaging, and campaigns while driving iteration cycles that systematically improve onboarding, notifications, and growth efficiency at scale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 3–5+ years of experience in growth operations, user operations, or product growth (crypto, fintech, or high-growth internet companies preferred).
- Strong understanding of growth funnels, user lifecycle metrics, friction points, and uplift levers.
- Experience working with product teams or contributing to product design/growth features.
- Analytical mindset with hands-on experience reading dashboards and designing experiments.
- Cross-functional communication skills — able to align Marketing, Ops, Product, and Engineering.
- Fluency in English language
