As a People Operations Specialist at Flipster
You will be supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle, helping build scalable people processes, and creating global impact across 15+ countries. We are looking for a passionate People Operations Specialist to co-build our People & Culture function and create meaningful employee experiences in a fast-growing company. Responsibilities

    • Onboarding & Offboarding: Operate and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding journeys to ensure every employee’s first and last impression is memorable and seamless.
    • Employee Engagement & Culture: Bring culture to life through creative, high-impact engagement initiatives, from monthly events to large-scale celebrations.
    • Policy & Operations: Execute core HR operations, including payroll support, HRIS data integrity, leave administration, and global mobility/visa support, to ensure operational excellence.
    • Global Projects: Contribute to global People initiatives that define how we work across 15+ countries — from building scalable policies to designing better employee journeys.

Qualifications

    • Fluent in Business Level English and Korean (Written and Verbal) to effectively bridge communications with our global teams.
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1 to 3 years of experience in HR / People Operations is a strong plus.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Comfortable working with Google Workspace; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
    • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a global team.
    • Business-level English and Korean, both written and verbal.

Preferred

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
    • Prior internship or working experience in HR and/or People Operations.
