As a Growth Strategy Manager at Flipster,
As a Growth Strategy Manager at Flipster, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Exchange’s growth and competitive positioning. This role requires end-to-end ownership of strategic research, from identifying market trends and user needs to developing actionable strategies and driving cross-functional alignment. You will leverage your deep understanding of the Exchange landscape and the broader blockchain ecosystem to craft insights, test hypotheses, and deliver initiatives that drive measurable impact. Success in this role demands a combination of structured problem-solving, data-driven analysis, and the ability to translate high-level concepts into actionable plans. 

Responsibilities

    • Drive growth initiatives through hypothesis-driven research and strategic planning.
    • Formulate insights and strategies based on market, user, and competitive analysis.
    • Translate abstract ideas into actionable, structured plans for the Exchange’s growth.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure successful execution.
    • Evaluate post-execution results to refine and improve future initiatives.
    • Stay up to date of the exchange landscape and blockchain ecosystem to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

    • Demonstrated curiosity and perseverance in tackling challenging problems, evidenced by 3+ years of relevant work experience and measurable outcomes.
    • Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to articulate reasoning clearly through both written documentation and verbal explanation.
    • High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across teams and functions.

Preferred

    • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is preferred.
    • Prior experience in academic research, financial services, or top-tier consulting firms.
